Pod is alas starting to show its age. renovation work meant the top floor bar/restaurant was closed. the more crucial of 2 bedside lights in my room (the one that could project on to the bed or the desk) was broken, couldn't be repaired and they said they were in the process of changing them all. They offered another room, but I didn't want the hassle of moving. had a room upgrade, which was nice.

Great location and service. Staffs are amazing and very helpful. Free luggage storage service and early checking in offered by Sahar are such big help for us. We had a great 5 nights stay and will come back again for sure!

Clean and comfortable rooms. Very central and convenient spot close to the PABT subway. Takes time to refund the deposit taken on check in. Was promised it would be refunded in 2 working days or latest by checkout but it has been 7 days since checkout and i havent still recieved the money. This is inconvenient when you travel from overseas and calling/ contacing them becomes difficult. So be aware of this!

Great stay! The rooms were Extremely comfortable & clean! The staff was really friendly and helpful. This hotel offers a great price in Times Square; walk to everything because you’re in the middle of everything! I highly recommend!
