This is not a 4 star hotel. It has simply no service at all. No ice for guests, no room service of any kind. Nothing is nothing. Services is very rude in the front desk. It would appear that as they can and do not provide any services they are defensive of any ask. While they are not able to bring ice to your room, they are willing to sell you champagne bottle service to your room. The rooms are very small, bathroom nonetheless is average and modern.

The hotel is beautiful. The view is wonderful. Everything is clean, and the staff is amazing. The breakfast situation, however is a sh** show. It's extremely overcrowded, packing people shoulder-to-shoulder into the elevators. Then, waiting in line for a table. Then, fighting the crowd to get food and drink. By the time I got to my table, my food was cold because I had to wait in line for each item. There are just too many people to fit into one room. I would rather skip breakfast.

Nice sized room, clean. Good location. Convenient area to get quick small snacks, sandwiches and breakfast foods. Unfortunately, during 2 of our 3 night stay, the fire alarms went off in the middle of the night. Therefore we did not have proper restful nights before very busy touring days.
