Very clean well managed. The manager, I don't know his name, but he is a Jamaican man - he is amazing!!! His presence is known but not overbearing. He helped us get to the airport when the shuttle left us behind. We are so grateful for his help. Thank you!

Good Stay at DoubleTree

My flight was cancelled at JFK, and desperately needed to make arrangements for an overnight stay. I appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport. The receptionist was very accommodating despite the big crowd gathered to register from the cancelled flights. A bit overpriced - but then again, it is New York. Thanks also for the cookie which sweetened the deal.

I want to give a great review because the staff was great! From the airport shuttle to the front desk staff super efficient and helpful. BUT the room itself leaves more to be desired. The room felt damp. The shower was dirty, stained almost and it had a smell. The shower curtain was moldy. We were there to quickly nap and get back to the airport.
