Very attentive and friendly staff! A true definition of hospitality. This property is well managed and staffed with good and wholesome individuals who really care about their guests. Perfect location for navigating throughout the city. Close to transportation and an easy walk to many sights. Breakfast was great, however they began closing a half hour before it was time so be sure to go early. Be prepared to wait for an elevator on Sunday morning so plan ahead and budget extra time to get out of the hotel. The staff was great and the room was spacious and clean. Beds are a little small for couples but not a deal breaker. Definitely worth staying here!

Room was so dirty. Mold in shower, floor of bathroom, the hide-a-bed sofa for our child was broken and dirty and she had to lay at an angle. Room so old that we had to vacate and move to another hotel via Expedia. Until they do a major remodel I wouldn’t stay here for any price.

We were able to walk most places and being so close to Bryant Park, Times Square, and Rockafeller Center was a huge PLUS! Breakfast being included and was delicious. Maria our room attendant went above and beyond!
