The overall service was excellent however there was long strains of hair everywhere then I found a roach in my bathroom ! Then someone'child was running across the floor banging and jumping from 6:45 a.m. till 10:00 a.m. had to call the desk 3 times

The rooms are a little dated at least mine was. I didn't reacall booking a handicapped room, but I will make sure not to do that again. Everything was awkward, no tub, no closet. Perfect for someone who needs those amenities awkward for someone who doesn't.

Great for a Family Trip

We were a group of 6. 3 adults, 2 older teens and one toddler. We got the two bedroom suite which was two beds and a pullout sofa. There was a kitchenette and two bathrooms which was perfect for our stay. The room was clean, smelled good and just what we needed. Check-in staff was friendly. We did have an extra 20 minute wait after arriving about 30 minutes past check-in time due to some electrical issue in the room. The hotel was in a good location. Easy to find, free parking and had a few places to eat within walking distance. The only thing that I would change would be the shower tub floor. It had some permanent scrapings and stains, so although clean gives the appearance that it’s not. Overall I enjoyed my stay and when I come to visit again, I will book this hotel again.
