Not completely what I was expecting. The photos make it seem like there is a bar in the lobby and it was shut down. Online states that there would be robes available in the room, there was not. Refrigerator did not work, no way of warming up food in the room. The staff were nice enough to warm up our food in their kitchen. Room was very clean and cozy.

What a diamond in the rough! Loved this hotel. Traveled with my adult son for New Year’s Eve and our Superior Room was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything. The staff was excellent from check-in through check-out, with great recommendations along the way. This is now my new favorite hotel in New York. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I honestly thought I was booking at a different Royalton. For the cost, the hotel is dated and does not offer any real amenities. Heck, there was not even a cup to drink water. The room was small and odd.
