If you’re looking for location, this is the place to be. What looks like a current renovation going on. We definitely got a room that hadn’t been renovated yet. We did rent two rooms and one of our rooms had mold in it, and the Service for housekeeping was not done as if they skipped our room And when we asked for towels and toilet paper, it seemed as the police was jumping on our door asking us if we need toilet paper. The staff was very nice at check-in, but that bar downstairs. Be careful who you ask for service they don’t Enjoy their job. Checking in luggage after checkout to hold. It was very convenient pretty affordable. Other than that the experience was good.

The hotel is lovely and the rooms are comfortable. It’s a bit dated but nice. Our room fee included a $35 a day credit at the hotel restaurants. And a free pass to The Guggenheim museum

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were clean, which I appreciated. However, we paid for three people and the beds were extremely small. When I raised my concerns and asked to be upgraded or moved, the staff said there was nothing they could do. For the price we paid, I expected better accommodation and service. I have back problems, and sleeping on such a small bed made my stay very uncomfortable. On top of that, when I called customer service, they were rude and unhelpful. Overall, I feel the service could be much better, and the staff should show more care and respect for their guests.

Extremely small for what they call a suite. Impressed with the lack of maintenance and up keep of rooms. The bathroom has silicone caulking coming off sink. Build up of something on sink bowl. The shower safety handle was loose and coming out of the wall. Large chunks of pain around door frame missing and rusted. The bed is so close to wall you can get on that side. Musky smell bad last guess put in Dior cards in ac vent. Sprinklers so dirty you almost couldn’t see the bulbs

I was disappointed in the condition of our room, and how thin the doors and walls were. We could hear every word of every conversation in the room next to us. The lamp shades in our room were dented and dusty, the bathroom needed updates: and the towels smelled like smoke. Super disappointed because I love the location and tend to prefer Marriott properties. Not anymore

Although I had booked from the night before because we were landing at 5am when we arrived at the hotel we were met with a queue of around 6 people in front of us and only one person working the check-in desk. They then informed me that I was a no show even though I had messaged them to inform them of my plans. After waiting around for more than 1 hour we finally got our keys. The room is nothing to rave about - NO KETTLE to start, no fridge, everything is disposable as in cups etc. Not what I expected. Breakfast DOES NOT EXIST .... the hotel is busy with renovations so it was a little chaotic at times. The front office staff were not great, but the door staff and concierge was fabulous. We had made arrangements for a parcel to be delivered to my room on my last day as I had business meetings until the evening and therefore would miss the FedEx office hours - but that didn't happen and instead I had to check out early the next morning without my parcel - thanks for NOTHING!!! Being at the Sheraton I thought we were in for a treat - NO SUCH LUCK!!! I wouldn't waste my time and money next time - there are so many options in NYC and so disappointed that I chose this hotel and not another.
