Hoze was the best..kind helpfull carring with good tips and instruction that helped us making our trip perfect with recomended places, transportation ,and good places to eat! Hoze should get trophy from sheraton because he represented them perfectly The only thing that was wrong were the elevators so slow and always full

My room was not ready even when I arrived at 930pm. Although check in was to be ready at 3pm. They offered some compensation for that and were very professional about it. However, being that it was so late, and I could not get immediate rest after traveling, still leaves a bad taste.

Check in line was a two hour wait. Only one staff member checking everyone in, while others walked around. This took time away from our scheduled plans. Elevators didn't work, and required long waits to get up or down. Had to take stairs to floor 18 many times. Room smelled very musty.

Estuvo casi todo bien , la limpieza al 100 %, el trato fue un poco incómodo ya que casi ningún empleado habla español y hubo uno que nos trató un poco mal cuando pedimos hablar español . Además se nos quedó un reloj Apple Watch SE y su ubicación nos sale en el hotel y hemos llamado varias veces y nos dicen que el reloj no está allí .

Check-in was horrible. the staff was unorganized. The shower never got passed warmish. There was a hair in the bathtub. I was stuck in the elevator for a half hour. Was offered a credit for that and never got it. It was a great location but was disappointed that the the stay

My check in time was at 4 pm and when I arrived at hotel at 5:30 pm there was a long line waiting for check in because they over booked the rooms and there were no rooms available for all those people. After about 1 hour of waiting time they told me that they cannot give the room that I reserved and they offered two options to me. The first one was accepting a room with only one double bed for 3 of us or the second option was waiting in the lobby for an unknown period of time. I had to accept the first option because my family and I planned to stay in NYC for only one night and by the time we got the room it was around 8 pm. IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING AND UNCOMFORTABLE SITUATION FOR ALL OF US.
