Easy access to transportation, restaurants, and attractions. Great location.. 5 mins from subways. The room was clean and quiet. Nice size for New York. I just didn't like how close the bathroom were to the beds. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Rude and unhelpful staff, noisy rooms (you can even hear plumbing from above), and a poor view of a parking lot up to the 15th floor. While lower floors were available, check-in for a higher floor was delayed past 3 pm with no clear timeline. Days after checkout I was hit with an undisclosed $98 “destination tax” that was never mentioned. Overall, a very unpleasant stay — avoid this property.
