Elevators are very slow and there should be coffee pots in the room, because trying to get downstairs for coffee could take 30 minutes. Also, the resort fee is silly as there are no amenities offered.

There seemed to be a significant amount of hair in my hotel room bathroom. It was piled on the shower drain! It was on the bathroom floor and shower stall floor! There were stains on the bedding as well as on the woodwork in the room like something was spilled.

extra fee when booking in this site

First, because I booked on a third party site, I was told I owed a $22 facilities fee upon checkin. This was on top of the cost of the room and all the other fees associated with booking a hotel room. Are you kidding me? Watch out for that when booking on this site. The room was dated and sparse considering for the cost. The window air conditioner unit was so loud, I felt badly about how loud I had to blast my tv just to hear it. I literally had to turn it off in order to talk on the phone. “Breakfast included” consisted of Watery coffee and a mini chewy granola bar. Good location, close to subway.

Our one night stay

Not enough plugs in the room. No coffee in room. Bathtub did not have mat, making it a tad slippery. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispersers not all that user friendly. At check-in, they lost our reservation (due perhaps to the 3rd party booking it). Front desk was helpful though in resolving the problem but it took about 40 or so minutes. Good location. Overall liked it notwithstanding my comments.

Mother son trip to NYC for fun. In true NYC fashion there is a lot of outside noise but the hotel is very walkable to Times Square, Central Park, subway access etc. the beds are very firm.
