We LOVED our stay at FIDI NYC! The front desk workers were all professional, nice and very helpful! The hotel rooms and all areas were very clean! The hotel provided a warm, elegant atmosphere (during happy hour) to meet and connect with other guests while enjoying cheese, crackers and wine; (or you could just enjoy that time with your family &/friends)! That area also have a nice balcony view too! Lastly, every staff member was awesome, and we felt safe and secure during our stay! We look forward in staying here again!

I had trouble when I first checked in and it was an inconvience for my party but other than that the rooms are very clean and the manger Manny (I believe that was his name) was very friendly and helpful with recommending things to do in the area !

The rooms were not at all what was pictured on the site. Payed for a room with separate sitting area and pull out couch bed and got one king bed room with not even a chair I. It and barely any room to walk around bed. Parking is hard to find as well. When I brought my room situation to the employees attention she gave me some excuse that made no sense and made no effort to fix the problem. This left my third party with nowhere to sleep except the floor because myself, my baby, and partner were occupying the bed. I booked the specific room to ensure privacy for my family as well as my friend. I also booked a room with adequate sleeping arrangements but did not receive what I booked and paid for. Rude front desk lady in evening better service and attitude from morning attendant. Not for families or parties this hotel caters to business travelers in the financial district and that's about it.

Very small rooms, AC/heater has not been cleaned and do not work properly ( You can get sick because of a/c). We reached hotel at 3:45pm and check in time was at 3:00pm but the room was still not ready and they could not even give a time to check in. Would not recommend for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast was not very variable, the small and small space you could not sit, there was space outside but in the cold weather it is impossible in the same way it is not enough for all guests, the rooms are very small and be careful because I missed several winter accessories
