This is a typical NYC Hotel, staff can be hit or miss, average rooms, small elevators, bathrooms, and stairwells — however overall it’s decent safe place to stay while visiting the city. It is a bit of a walk from the Broadway district so I would advise staying at a closer hotel if you want to be in the heart of Times Square near the shows and other tourist attractions.

Amazing location! If you are looking to be steps away from all the action this is your hotel. The rooms are average sized for New York, we slept 4 comfortably. This is a historic hotel with renovations. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel in midtown Manhattan, blocks from MSG and Penn Station. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Very, very clean rooms and nice furniture and furnishings.

I had to stay in two rooms due to spending an unexpected extra night. The rooms were spacious and spotless, although the second bathroom felt less cramped. But the real selling point for this hotel, apart from the great location, is the staff. Everyone I came into contact with was warm and welcoming, even if I passed them on the landing or in the lift. I had a problem with my safe and the swapover with the room which the staff dealt with swiftly and kindly, I really felt valued as a customer.

The hotel location is very convenient to all the major sights in New York City. Very short walk to Broadway and Times Square as well as many dining options.
