This place only has the location but mostly not a good place to stay. Many issues. Noisy, the AC unit makes the room either too cold or too hot and is very noisy while you try to sleep. Room is tiny. Coffee maker didn’t work and instead of replacing they wanted to look at it. There was a very dangerous step into the bathroom where we tripped several times. Ice machine only worked on night. Anyways I would find a better place. Location is ok. Close to Times Square.

When we arrived the area around the hotel was super dirty and noisy, there was a girl with the paramedics in the lobby that was super drunk according to her friend. Not a great 1st impression of the place.

The room smells a bit musty probably due to the hot weather. It’s old but room is clean. Overall it was good. And accessible to different places that we want to explore. Too many restaurants that we could choose to eat.

Clean dated room interesting Korean area.

Front desk curt and unfriendly hotel dated. My room faced a brick wall. Dated room was clean was was basically all I could ask for. Neighborhood was surrounded by Korean shops and restaurants and was lively during the evening. Would I stay here again? No but it was a last minute booking and would be fine if this was an option.

Quiet, CLEAN, housekeeping staff and front desk were wonderful! Rooftop bar was lovely with a great view of the Empire State Building! Great location close to the subway and walkable to Times Square, Broadway shows, etc.

I had an amazing experience at fith ave. hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived.The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities provided (toiletries, coffee, Wi-Fi) made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to major attractions and public transport. I appreciated how safe and quiet the area was, especially at night. Perfectly adequate mid town property.

Clean rooms. Convenient to Penn Station. Wish the hotel had a more comfortable lobby area and an on-site restaurant/breakfast option.
