We like the spacious rooms in this hotel. Plenty of storage and closet space. The service is not always great and there is no room service available. The location is convenient to restaurants we enjoy.

My wife is super angry This place is a total scam A 2 star masquerading as a 4 star. Run from this place, it’s gross. We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in NYC and almost impressively this will go down as the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed out in New York (LA took worst of all time). If you want to learn new ways to skimp on everything, then check this place out. Otherwise, Shame on Expedia for offering it and giving it a 9 rating. That’s a total lie - somebody got paid off. We are only staying one night and getting out of here.

the staff is always very welcoming friendly professional this time we had a few housekeeping issues ..the toilet char broke twice the curtain and rod fell down in the middle of the first night.. however the staff and large rooms made up for these mishaps.
