Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were big. The location was perfect for Carnegie Hall and very close walk to Central Park, and not far from Times Square. I would stay again. Only complaint is the elevators took forever! You had to wait sometimes for 15 min for one to come to your floor. They would often bypass the floor or would be completely filled when it arrived. This is one thing at the property that needs fixing.

Excellent! Staff was wonderful!!! Only four chairs in lobby so lots of people had to stand! Also, wait for elevator longer than expected every time. All in all, I loved it!

The location is pretty great. Walkable to times square and even closer to central park. Being away from times square craziness is great but its nice to be able to walk there still. A big issue was the elevators. They were way too busy and sometimes youd wait for 10 minutes for one to arrive that isnt full. The restaurant/breakfast area/bar was interesting. Not the best but convenient. Weirdly furnished but the drinks were good. Dont expect cheaper prices, though. The fancy drinks were very nyc priced... expensive.
