The hotel staff were brilliant, service was good. A couple of points to note which were not deal breakers but perhaps can be improved. The door to our room was too short and noise insulation was bad. We can hear our neighbours coming back in the middle of the night and doors slamming. Phone in our room wasn't working very well. Sofas in the apartment for breakfast and drinks were not most comfy. Mozzies at rooftop bar..

Solid stay in SoHo

Great stay. Nestled on a more quiet street in SoHo, convenient to shops, restaurants and subway. Friendly staff. Rooms don’t have tvs but you can get one upon request. Delicious pastries for breakfast. Rooftop feels like a hidden gem with a breathtaking view of One World Trade Center.

The water to the hotel was shut off by the city for over 12 hours. Staff seemed very confused about how to handle things and didn't have any language around offering alternative bookings or compensation to impacted hotel guests; just bottles of water to "wash up with".
