Cozy room, super friendly staff throughout our stay, healthy alternatives - and although no gym, every fitness studio is on the same block. Love the lounge, bar and restaurant areas. A true home away from home.

Room was tiny, but really well done - had all the stuff you need and was really beautiful and stylish. The smallest room didn’t really have enough space for two people’s luggage, but for just me it was fine. Amazing to get hot water out of the tap within 5 seconds in a hotel. Wow! Bed was comfy. Loved how snacks were complimentary in October. Front desk staff great and the ‘lounge’ ambience downstairs was really inviting.

This boutique hotel is so great! The atmosphere is cool and very art deco with a hint of French pizazz. Staff is amazing. the rooms are small, but very comfortable. Washington Sq is a block away with close subway and restaurants galore.

Vibe and ambiance are exceptional. Dining is fantastic. Front desk staff were terrific. The rooms are well appointed. The smaller rooms are very small—so book accordingly. I would absolutely come back.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the shower was not clean. Mold in the corners, needed a good scrub. The rooms are incredibly tiny. The complimentary mini bar was a nice surprise (non alcohol items) and the complimentary breakfast was great too! Had dinner there as well and that was also great. Nice cozy fireplace in lobby bar a great touch !

We stayed at the Marlton for a weekend trip to Greenwich Village to celebrate my husbands birthday. They even provided complimentary sparkling Rose upon arrival! There was information regarding local walking sites in the room. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The price of the room was very reasonable for NYC. Rooms were small but well designed with tile bathrooms and beautiful molding and fixtures! Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

Great hotel. My only complaints would be the size and layout of the bathroom. Not the most comfortable to reach for the toilet paper on the wall, underneath the sink. They also don't have any tissues, very little, if any, counter space for toiletries.
