A very good hotel and very clean. The only negative was that we were handed a complimentary breakfast voucher upon arrival at check in (we were a family of 4). We were seated for breakfast and at the end were handed a bill for €74 as the voucher was only for one adult. This was not explained at check in, and no where on the voucher did it say for how many guests, it’s simply had our room number and “complimentary breakfast”.

Can you really go wrong with a Westin? We have been to New York many times and always wanted to try the Westin. It was safe, convenient, and clean for a NYC hotel room. My only complaint would be the outrageous drink prices at the bar. However, they did give us beverage passes upon check in so that did help! But the drinks were so good we wanted to go back for more. I would stay here again! Safety is priority for me and the Westin never lacks in that area.

I loved everything in this hotel. They were friendly and we wanted to drop off our bags at the bell desk to go and look around and they actually let us check in early. They were accommodating to our needs. The bar closes early only down side but the drinks were delicious and the bartender very friendly.

The hotel is in a great location. My stay included three complimentary breakfasts, however, I was not able to use them because the line was extremely long everyday of my stay. The restaurant is small for a hotel of this size. Needs to be expanded to accommodate the number of guests staying.
