Room was next to a building site that started at 5am every morning. Roof top bar across the street meant you could hear bass in the room until they stopped. Also dispose of garbage between 1am - 3.30am and it’s loud. Not sure if it was just our room but the building captures noise and vibrations clearly so you can’t even escape it wearing ear plugs. Service in the restaurant was terrible unfortunately. Room service was also terrible. Had to wait 45 minutes just for them to deliver a tea spoon so we could feed the baby. Promised so much with a free upgrade on arrival, which we really appreciated, but we left extremely disappointed and had a stay that offered us no rest across each of the days we were there.

Rooms were very sparse and what furniture they had was poor quality. Bed was okay but the rooms felt more like a 2-star hotel. Service was okay, team tried, we had issues with our room (no a/c) so we got moved to a better room after complaining quite a bit but it was quite a process and got moved multiple times.
