Enjoying the city that never sleeps

The co-worker who help is at check in he was so amazing, patience, professional and his customer service skills where through the roof. We only saw him during his afternoon shift when we would come back to the hotel and he would be all cheery and ask how was your day, did you guys enjoy it. Wish there were more like him in customer service area. Keep up the good work V.

Loud and vibrating HVAC. Lovely view.

Air conditioning / fan was very loud at times. It felt like the bathroom and closet were shaking with the vibration. Otherwise, room was very nice and I enjoyed the view.

The receptionist was too busy checking in all the flights attendants. Once they were finished with them and after waiting 30 plus minutes I was told that it’s their shift change was happening at that moment so to go around the corner as there were two more receptionists. It was only one but at least the guy greeted me somewhat. Don’t let the pictures full you on their website. For $360 a night trust me you can stay somewhere nicer with better customer service and be treated respectfully. So I went to check out the lady was pretty much don’t bother me and use the IPad behind you to check out. She wasn’t doing anything prior to me getting there but she was too lazy to do the bare minimum requirement of her job. The restaurant One 40 was absolutely amazing and the food and staff were excellent.

The property was fine. I had a family emergency that forced me to check out a day early. The property nor Expedia were amenable to working out a credit or refund to me even though I prepaid for the room. I have used Expedia for over 20 years and I have never had such an emergency so I am highly disappointed by this poor customer service. I will never use Expedia again.
