I was rather annoyed when I had booked online through Expedia and thought I had paid in full. Only to find out upon arrival that I was being charged another $150 for some random crap. The room was ok. No fridge, no water in the room etc. The hotel itself is ok but seems poorly maintained. Our couch had stains all over it. The patio furniture on our terrace was kinda nasty and beat up, full of cig burns. Our hot tub was broken as well, which was one of the main reasons I spent the extra money on a king terrace suite rather than just booking a corner suite. Very frustrating.
