Overall stay was great. The lock has a mind of its own sometimes & won’t open but after a while it resets but that happened to me after a night out around 2-3am. Other than that experience was great.

I am very disappointed with my stay. The accommodation was not clean, I booked for 4 people but one towel was missing, the bathroom door is broken, the provided sheets were left crumpled in the closets, not to mention the foul smell, the kitchen products are expired, and there was no hot water upon our arrival (we had to take a cold shower).Additionally, this is not the accommodation I originally booked. I was only informed at the very last minute that I would not be staying in the property I had specifically chosen and paid for.If everything had been in order, I would not have made this comment. However, given the circumstances, it is impossible to ignore these issues.
