The cost of parking at the hotel was not clear. It cost $20 to valet Park and $30 if you want to be able to go in and out. It's in an area that's not exactly safe to leave your car on the street. The Continental breakfast was not stocked. They ran out of syrup and other items well before breakfast time was over.

A nice hotel but pricey on the parking

The hotel was very clean and nice. They have a good hot free breakfast. The only thing I didn’t like was paying $30 a day too park my car and i was there for 4 days

My son and I stayed here to visit NYC for a few days. It was a nice property and had everything we needed. Douglas at the front desk was so nice and accommodating. My only complaint was the fire alarm went of 3 nights in a row at 11:35pm. I felt sorry for the front desk staff as it was a system problem. Still as a guest it was very annoying. I would stay here again.

I like that there was a free shuttle to and from the airport. But it also took them a long time most times to get there given where the property is located from the airport. The free breakfast was ok. The staff did do a job of keeping the food area clean. However, the actual dining room tables were not always clean. There is a great view of NYC

My review isn’t so much about the property itself, but more about the experience I had with the booking process. I reserved a room for two nights and planned to pay at the property with my credit card upon arrival. Because my flight was delayed, I didn’t land until around midnight. When I arrived, I was told my reservation had been canceled because Expedia tried to charge my card in advance, and when it didn’t go through, they canceled my booking without notifying me. Thankfully, the lady at the front desk was very helpful and managed to get me a room for that night. However, I had to find another hotel the next day, which was the last thing I needed considering I was in town for a funeral—not a vacation. I had stayed at this Comfort Inn before in October and had a wonderful experience—the staff was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything went smoothly. That’s exactly why I decided to book again. This situation was through no fault of the hotel—the staff was kind and helpful. But I’ll be honest: *Expedia is a piece of S***. I’ll never use them again and will always book directly with the hotel moving forward.
