The room was good except it had a red stain on the carpet near the window. My card kept locking us out the room each day but the staff was very helpful. The kids from other rooms and some people staying there were extremely loud early in the morning.

The amenities for sure can be improved ie; more soap, tissue, facial tissue etc. the couch in th rooms need to be cleaned and shampooed. The children should not be allowed in the breakfast area without parents. The staff could definitely use some professional training.

I would have rated 5 stars but I felt the front desk person I spoke with on the phone was not very accommodating and sounded like she did not want to be bothered. I called the hotel at 2:30pm (check-in is at 3pm) to ask if my room was ready because I may be arriving a little early. She immediately told me the room was not ready, giving me the perception that she didn't even check. I then asked if the room would be ready by 3pm, to which she responded, "It should be". Just a terrible attitude. When I walked into the lobby at exactly 3pm, I could already tell who it was I spoke with on the phone because it appeared her shift was over and she just wanted to get out of there. I was the only guest waiting and I stood there for a couple minutes before she even acknowledged me. The young lady that did check me in was friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional. The room and bed were very spacious and comfortable but I thought the room could have been cleaner. The tv/desk area was dusty. There wasn't a bad smell or odor but the room did not smell as if it had been cleaned. There was no soap in the bathroom. Free breakfast was top tier.
