The room was really clean, all the employees were very helpful and friendly. We appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport. We chose this property due to it being right next door to Penn Station. Wished that the restaurant in the lobby had more of a choice of food but really appreciated that the little mall had more choices although most of them were closed.

If you have an allergy to pillows filled with feathers, be aware that they may run out of down alternative pillows. For two nights we had to sleep on towels and or sheets that the front desk gave us in lieu of pillows. Apparently, they ran out of allergy friendly pillows and only told us after I had inquired a second time. Not very comfortable and didn’t sleep well.

This property gave away my booked king size bedroom and gave me and my husband a double size bedroom and blamed Expedia as the problem who sent wrong booking information. Really unprofessional. How do they expect a married couple to split beds after booking a king. My husband is not a small guy so a king was to accommodate him.

Check in is on the 2nd floor. They hold a $75 per day deposit on your account without telling you first. The front desk person that checked us in didn't tell us what room we were in or how to get there. He wrote the room number on the card so we figured it out ourselves. You have to use your room key when you enter the elevator from the lobby. Rude front desk staff when we checked in around 3:00 on a Friday. Toilet didn't work so I called the front desk 3 minutes after getting to our room and they sent someone up. We left, and later when we returned, it still wasn't working. I went down to the front desk this time and they paged maintenance again and he had attitude over the radio. He came back up and tried fixing it again. He tried for 10 minutes before I asked to be moved us to a different room. No fans in the bathrooms. Conditioner was empty (but I brought my own just in case). Toilet in the second room was better, but still not great. Floors are dirty. Small fridge, but no microwave in rooms, so you can't eat any left overs so you have to purchase more food. Easy access to Penn station. Through the hotel during open door hours, or across the street. Beds were comfy.

This hotel is very conveniently located across from a downtown transit hub. Hard to avoid traffic sounds even after midnight! A simple yet lovely place. If a guest is tech savvy more hotel info is avail using a cell phone.
