The room smelled of food because people were cooking down the hall. The Shower had no hot water. A friend of mine had a room a few doors down from where I was staying and she had no heat in her room. To top it all off they never had their parking lot plowed until twelve hours into a huge snow storm which caused both my friend and I to dig ourselves out of their parking lot in order to get to work safely and on time. The manager of the hotel was nowhere to be found and left his staff to deal with all of these issues alone because I was not the only person at the front desk complaining about other issues that they we’re also having.

1. Lukewarm water in shower 2. Had to take dirty linen to front desk to get clean linen. 3.Had to take out trash 4 Spent 1hr plus digging my car out with no help from maintenance 71years old husband 72 years old. 5. False advertisement about breakfast only coffee and tea and package muffins. 6 Refrigerator out dated and very loud day and night. Very disappointed with Expedia for listing this place.

The hotel was the worst ever. I1 I had to take out my own trash. 2. I had to take the linen downstairs and pick up clean ones at the front desk. 3. The shower water was lukewarm. My husband and I spent over 1 hr. shoving our car out. ( I stopped because I got sharp pains in my head. The only maintenance man borrowed out shovel to dig out company van, said he was not helping us. The refrigerator is old dated and noisy. Also expedia is misrepresenting this hotel by saying breakfast is included not sure. There was coffee tea and muffins, no napkins. I plan to contact corporate for a full refund for the shoveling and the fact I had to become one of their unauthorized workers. Don't recommend this place to anyone. Its an upgraded homeless shelter.

the rooms are in bad shape, it saus breakfast included, they just put coffee and some old satiled muffins by the entrance, the reception at check in was not welcoming at all.

I have never been told by a hotel to call the hotel next door to get airport shuttle till this stay. This was after i specifically asked the hotel what do i need to do to catch their shuttle the day before my visit
