I have stayed in other Hampton hotels and they are cleaner than this one. Bedroom had a particular smell and the noise was terrible to sleep with the train near to the hotel. I guess I didn’t research that fact enough. Hotel staff were friendly. We loved the pool.

Room smelled like urine Bathroom in room was dirty you can tell staf does quick clean on visible places but no real deep clean Pool looked like it needed to be shocked Stuff in room didn’t work correctly all the time Night host was very pleasant respectful and attentive however no accommodations nor discounts or anything was offered for the dirty/ smelly room. Not what I ever experienced at a Hilton.

The property overall was not bad. The only issue is we checked into our room but it ain’t been cleaned. The pool was open but it was cold. Other then these things it was okay.

The staff was helpful . The overall hotel experience is poor. We stayed for 3 nights and there was no housekeeping for the entire stay . No fresh towels or picking up garbage the entire time . The only way to get towels was to ask the front desk for fresh ones . The toilet was not working properly and would not flush . When we asked the hotel to look at it they gave us a plunger . The issue was not a blocked toilet, it was a malfunctioning toilet that needed maintenance . The free breakfast was a good add on, nothing fancy but good to get a quick simple bit. Close to the Broad st . train station that gets you to the city .

I liked my room was clean, hall carpets were dated and dirty. My primary concern was I did not feel safe going to my car after dark. There is no security and the area is dangerous. Most of the parking area is very dimly lit unless you get a spot under the overhang. Breakfast was free and not bad, typical hotel breakfast. It’s very convenient to get your coffee and toast, not having to go out looking for breakfast. I like this hotel primarily for its distance to the Path train into the city, and it’s close to the airport.

The hotel was great. Rooms were nice, staff was nice, breakfast was pretty good and there was a nice pool with a skylight. We walked to a really nice diner and there were about 5 other restaurants near by. Parking right on property although you have to pay for it.
