This is the worst Holiday Inn express I’ve ever been to. I won’t be using Holiday Inn at all ever again… The front desk personnel were rude and misinformed, and the room itself was disgusting and I had to pay for parking in the parking lot, which is absurd and having to put a $100 deposit down for incidentals is also ridiculous
