When I went there I checked in about 11 pm. There was no parking. I went back to the clerk. The clerk said I should double park. I told him I need someone to assist me to double park you said that he’s not leaving the front desk and if I don’t want to double park, he’s gonna refund my money. He was very rude and I told him I want a refund. He gave me a receipt stating that it was refunded now when I checked hotels.com I’m realising that I still owe a bill for that night which is the 14th of February so I asked you to make checks so that I can get my refund from Klarna that I used to make the purchase, please.

Yes staff only came to the room once and that is because my schizophrenic son was in the doorway they asked him did he want the floor mopped when he didn't answer right away they walked away. Never gave us fresh towels, but I do have to say that one of the housekeepers asked the front desk clerk to put me in an accessible room and he stated that they are booked up and that most of them rooms only have one bed. That's understandable Thank you but No thank you

I usually travel all around the world and order stuff to be delivered for me. Once I arrived at this hotel my packages was just sitting in the lobby. The guy at the fronts desk was ohhh those are yours? Next time don’t order nothing to be delivered here! And on top of that one of my boxes was missing.
