The heating air conditioner in the rooms made terrible noise so one night I could not sleep when I turned it off it was freezing cold in the room. The following day they came to repair it and in fact was much better but still made noise. When I commented about that they told that is the standard noise. They told me the hotel will undergo a refurbishment so I told them why not warn people about it before that the hotel is run down? Of course no answer. I asked for a compensation and I am still waiting for someone to contact me but nothing happened until now. The breakfast was totally basic and simple all plastic cutlery and people had to clean their own tables. Basically a beigel and cream cheese and some other basic simple staff. I would not call this a buffet breakfast at all. Most of the staff was pleasant.

Hotel is NOT convenient for physical disabilities! The manager claims renovations will improve handicapped accessibility by next year... No exterior doors, including the heavy entry doors, do not have open-door buttons to assist. The elevator is not centrally located. So, I walked much further than expected for my "handicapped accessible" room. Overall, disappointing stay and won't return.

Great hotel, Clean room, very nice space, convenient. I like it overall and will come back. I guess the only thing I dont like is the breakfast, too basic with scramble egg, potato and sausage. Tiny gym room with bad plastic/rubber smell so it was uncomfortable when I worked out in there.
