Room was dusty as if it hadnât been either used recently or housekeeping didnât wipe down simple things in the kitchen area - shelves where dishes are kept, top of microwave - bathroom had lots of hair on the floor and the ac wouldnât regulate -
Loved everything about this place. Having said that, the price on Expedia doesnât mention the $75 fee for a pet even though this hotel says âpet friendlyâ. Nice little kick to the nuts.
Staff starting knocking and opening at before 10am when checkout wasnât until 11am. They did this more than 3 times. We told the front desk staff and nothing was done.
The hotel was great! Nice and clean and the breakfast was great too! The staff was friendly and accommodating! Our suite had a refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishes, pull out sofa bed, etc. One could live there if he wanted to. Didnât use the indoor pool or gym but they were nice! I highly recommend staying there! Also there is a gas station close by for gas and incidentals! We were happy to stay there!
The check-in clerk had the worst customer service skills that Iâve encountered during a hotel check in at a Hilton location. She probably wonât be there long so future guest wonât have to suffer.
I made two separate 1 day reservations as our original stay for 1 day was increased to two. Upon check-in I let her know that and she indicated that there were no promises that I would be able to stay in the same room. I then inquired if I would have to go through the check-out and check-in process again and she didnât know but stated maybe. Clueless!
She let me know that I could go ahead and pay for another night against the first reservation so to ensure I didnât have to move rooms. Unacceptable as I had already prepaid for two nights. She then started to mock me! I checked in and moved on with my day. I noticed the rest of the staff were extremely pleasant.
My "Poor" Review is only based on one issue, the poor customer service at check-in!
I made an initial reservation for one night. We then needed to extend our stay so I made a second reservation for an additional night. I prepaid both nights to save money.
Upon arrival and at check-in I informed the receptionist that I had two reservations for 1 night each and that I wish to stay in the same room for both nights. She informed me that I may have to check out and possibly switch rooms to which I wasn't excited about. "Erika" demeanor during the whole process was very confrontational and wasn't one geared towards customer service that this hotel is known for. I reminded her who the customers was and she continued her degrading manner.
Hey, we all have choices where we want to stay and I was blown away being treated like I was.
I won't stay there again, not while she works there.
Absolutely POOR customer service on the hotels part!
