I booked the wrong week, and only realised it a few days out. The property manager was fantastic in helping me out with the change and even offered me one of his other properties for the one day that was already booked for the change in dates. Very helpful. The thing that lets this property down is the maintenance. It was once a great house, but has now fallen into a bit of disrepair. There are a lot of things that need fixing, and there are a lot of things that have already been fixed that were not done properly. Chipped dry wall, crooked wall fixtures, a tap on the kitchen sink that hits the tiles when cold is on full, a dryer that doesn't dry clothes, chlorinator has been bypassed on the pool, etc... It's a bit of a shame because the property manager was great, and the location is great. Only one towel per person was supplied, and 2 tea towels for the kitchen. No hand towels or face cloths for the bathrooms, no wash cloth for the kitchen, and we had to ask for additional towels for the pool, which came a day later (after the weather had cooled and we hardly needed them).
