No water bottles or not even a water tap to fill kettle. No microwave in room. Room service was not done properly- dirty cutlery and cups were left back. Lights were flickering; we did report and they said they will send someone to fix but it wasnt.

Great location as it is shops around and accessible public transport. Also okay with the self check-in & check-out process. Only downside was the room was not properly clened/inspected as we found rubbish in the room's bin from previous occupants. Noise from rooms above and accross can also be heard, though not much of a concern for us but might be with other guests
