The room was very adequate and had everything we needed for our stay, the room was very clean and felt very fresh. Nothing bad or anything else to add really, it made the stay worthwhile. Thankyou, I would definitely recommend David A Dean.

Hotel was clean. The entrance could do with smartening up. Staff were friendly enough but some of them could do with a little more customer service training. I was a little surprised about an initial comment! After advising the receptionist that I only needed one key as I was on my own, she proceeded to advise me that if I wanted to include someone else for breakfast it would cost me £10 extra. After saying my stay was literally just for me I was left to wonder if the hotel is happy for guests to bring back some random person for the night. Did they maybe assume I was a 'working girl'. It's something I've never been advised of in any other hotel I've stayed in. I found it pretty concerning and feel it gives the wrong impression of the hotel. Maybe a re-think is needed. Apart from that the staff were fine, the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. A room fridge would be a nice addition, especially at this price band.

Nice hotel literally a walk across the street from the train station. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The breakfast had so many choices. Checking in and out was a breeze. The staff was lovely.

Have stayed in this hotel dozens of times. It may not be fancy but it does everything you need. Would recommend if you need a good hotel in the centre of Newcastle and you are paying from your own pocket.
