Friendly staff, very clean throughout. Excellent location for visiting the Metrocentre and getting into Newcastle. The staff were very helpful about the area and what public transport is use.

Hotel nice Check in was little slow,1st lady said room wasn't ready,as sge said didnt realise i wanted sofa bed made up.She said would sort it,then seemed to go off shift.So had coffee and after about 40 minutes later i went back up to see if ready,an young lad said so sorry i didnt realise you had been waiting so previous lady obviously hadnt told him .He was great though got us checked in right away.So think previos lady could've done more to make the other staff aware.Apart from that hotel was great.Room nice and clean.There was also another great male member of staff that was on night shift i was chatting to him the 2nd night as my son was joining us at the hotel later that evening.He was great guy and really helpful to my son saying there would still be few breakfast items available to him,as he had to leave just after 5am.Wish i wouldve got the 2 male staff members names as they were amazing

Nice stay

All the staff are lovely and helpful, the room was clean, breafast was good and the staff were polite and on the ball cleaning the tables and filling anything that was low or empty. Its the 3rd time ive stayed here, handy for the metro centre and the train into newcastle too.

Great stay with friendly and helpful staff

Nice comfortable stay with easy access to Newcastle City Centre by 15 mins on the bus, bus stop is on the main road just outside the hotel. Included breakfast was also very good and plenty of it, the hot croissants were excellent. Great staff who were very friendly and helpful - thankyou
