Generally Motel one is great but this time we were in a disabled access room ( no idea why as we didn’t need or request it) The whole of bathroom floor was soaked after using the shower which didn’t drain well, the carpet in the bedroom looked as though a dog had been in there! So overall we weren’t pleased with our room. The bed was clean and comfortable.

The only slight problem I had was went too have a shower at 5pm and there was no hot water. First time stopping here so it may be a one off and it certainly won’t stop me from going again. Everything else was very good.

Hotel nice but breakfast poor value

The hotel is lovely but the breakfast is expensive for what you get. It’s also not organised very well so while I would stay again, I wouldn’t add on the breakfast.

Please turn on the AC!

Please turn on the coolant for the air-conditioning. I appreciate it costs money, but for the past year, even in summer, the a/c simple blow air through them. I’ve stayed several times so it’s not an issue with a particular room. The rooms are stifling without cooled air in the a/c!
