It was our 25 year wedding Anniversary and we were given a room with two single beds which was listed as a king size bedroom. Hairs on the bed and the room was really poor. Wired dangling down from the Television, Decor in the bedroom was wood chip. The foyer was superb but when you went to the bedroom that was a different story. Lady on the desk (forgot her name) was outstanding and gave us recommendation's of where to eat.

Ideal location, Hotel was really clean and spotless. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. The shower in our room was not very powerful which was the only let down.

A great price for a convenient city centre hotel. The room was not big but absolutely suited us for a midweek overnight stay, comfortable bed, good powerful hot shower and tea/coffee making facilities for the morning. Helpful staff, late night bar service and a good midday checkout made for a very pleasant experience.

Not the best staff interaction or help

The staff was not brilliant, poor information about car parking, need a deal with Dean street it’s crazy pricing to park. Need knowledge on the park and ride. We ended up parking for The first night at Stephensons quarter which was mikes away so caught an uber. Poor information at the desk, we went to the wrong lift for level 6, not told Tired and cross. Breakfast is not British just continental definitely won’t stay again.
