The shower room has a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. The open-plan living space includes a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with a sofa bed for extra flexibility. The property offers gas central heating, an electric oven, hob, fridge, TV, a hairdryer and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included. Outside, enjoy the shared enclosed garden with lawn, patio, and furniture. Off-road parking is available for one car. One well-behaved pet is welcome (please keep pets off the furniture). No smoking. Just a short drive away is the popular Three Choirs Vineyard and the delightful waterfront city of Gloucester with its Roman foundations, Victorian docklands and a spectacular Norman Cathedral. The historic market town of Ross-on-Wye is also close by and visitors to this area can enjoy day trips to delightful Hay-on-Wye, the Black Mountains and the scenic Brecon Beacons National Park.
