There we no towels in the room when we arrived. The floors were dirty. Very loud at nite hard to sleep. No ice available.

Property is in good condition but i booked two days in advance and when we got in the room there were no towels. I went to ask at the desk and the lady told us they're in process of washing and drying as soon as they're ready will get them. That's a very poor service to guests having paid in advance. Next time have paper towel in the room at when you use the bathroom you have something to wipe your hands with . There's roaches in the room scary and very noisy at night people drugging furniture There was smoking signs but at night it smelled like guests were smoking in their rooms.
Walked in the roaches were running to hide I managed to attack this one.

We stayed for one night as it was affordable and had an accessible shower option. The room wasn’t clean, it was so loud all night, it felt like someone’s apartment rather than a hotel. There were people making loud loud noises all day all night. The lady at the front desk was not friendly at all. Bed was super low and not easy to get out off. There was dog food on the ground. Hair on the bed. Gross.

If I had known it was pet friendly I would not have stayed there. Dogs barking at 6am, scratching at door. Nice gym, good location, vending machines were nice to have. Newer facility, won’t be nice for long if housekeeping doesn’t do there job. Floors in room dirty, Doritos and crumbs on floors. Bathroom dirty, unacceptable. Dust, dirty, hairs on and around toilet and the shower. Nice to have laminate floors in every room. Should have been easier to clean. Kitchen was sufficient. Beds were ok, AC was great.

Basically brand new place. There were a lot of shift workers staying there. There was constantly people coming and going all night. We did not sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A great option.

It didn’t have all the little luxuries of a more expensive hotel since it was an extended stay, but it was generally clean and had all the necessities. The kitchenette looked functional if you’re there a while, and a full size fridge was nice. It was much cheaper than nearby options and you get your money’s worth.
