The location and the hotel room were great. Staff was friendly and went above and beyond. However, the parking is in adequate for the size of cars today. You are literally parking door to door with other folks from the hotel. One evening we went out to our car and a lady had opened both doors into our car, scratching it. Come to find out she wasn’t even staying at the hotel. She was going to a nearby bar. For this reason, I do not recommend the hotel.

The staff and property were fantastic! Room was very comfortable and great setup. The check in and out was very easy and pleasant. Andrea who checked us in and out was very friendly and helpful. Another lady helped us with chairs and towels for the beach. The property has a patio near our room along with continental breakfast area. There is a rooftop area for taking in beautiful sunsets too! Prime location on the beach front of Newport / Balboa peninsula. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shops and more. We will be back!
