Location is amazing, and the boat/toys were so fun! Owners were very welcoming and helpful. We had everything we needed for our short stay. The setup was a bit awkward, since owners living area overlooks the patio....but we enjoyed the outdoor space very much regardless. The washer/dryer was not located in our unit, which would have been an issue if we had a longer stay. Overall we had an amazing time!

I would’ve appreciated a cutting board and small oven/cooktop instead of a full size dishwasher but there’s room to add that if they want to later. We had a fantastic stay here and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hosts were welcoming, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish.The location was hard to beat. We loved being able to hop on the Duffy and cruise over to Balboa Island, and it was also just a short walk to the beach, shops, and great restaurants. The bikes were a fun bonus and made it easy to explore the area.The home itself was cozy, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax after busy days out enjoying Newport, Disney, and the San Diego Zoo. We especially loved sipping our morning coffee on the patio with a beautiful water view, which made the start to each day feel extra special.Overall, this place had everything we needed and some great family memories were made here. We would absolutely stay here again and are so thankful to Judi for sharing this wonderful place! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Newport Beach getaway.

We LOVED this stay! The house was cute and clean. The hosts were so very friendly and available if we needed them but not on top of us. They had all kinds of fun activities available (boat, paddleboards, bikes, etc) and the location was perfectly in the middle of the channel and beach, close to restaurants and shopping but in a quiet neighborhood.
