Beautiful and newly updated in the Spring of 2022, this upper unit of an oceanfront duplex is located just past "C" Street at the very quiet part of the boardwalk just 2 blocks from the end. This amazing second floor unit is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with a large open living room and breath taking views of the sand and Pacific Ocean. Everything is brand new from the furniture to the beds. There is a king bed in the master, queen in the second bedroom and bunkbed with full size mattress on bottom and twin on top in the third bedroom, and a fully stocked kitchen. A small balcony with a 180 degree view of the beach and large bay windows in the living room, make it a great place to relax and enjoy the sunsets over the water. Convenient, shared 1-car garage parking with shared washer and dryer. This is the perfect place to come relax in peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the busier parts of the Balboa Peninsula.

There are two different electric car chargers in the garage (one fast and one slow)!!! Tesla adaptor in garage.

Balboa is a quaint, small beach town consisting of only 3 small blocks adjacent to the Balboa Pier. Here you can peruse the shops, restaurants, bars, and FUN Zone. Take in the views off of the Balboa Pier, rent a bike or a kayak, or go whale watching or deep sea fishing from the many boats that leave the Balboa Pavilion daily. STLP 13685
