Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: ugh. Well considering it is a beach house that probably gets beat on by some people it is not supposed to be perfect. I lived 2 blocks away for years so I know the neighborhood and vacation/partygoers. That said, outlets throughout dont work, the oven hood is so rusted the the metal falls off into your food when cooking. The place has literally the oldest and nastiest dishes, etc. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty. The bbq utensils outside had never been cleaned. The freezer is iced over and begins to melt. The beds spreads were dirty. How many guests before you clean them??? Honestly I feel like we deserve a refund. even the "clean towels provided were falling apart with all the white cloth coming off everywhere. I can't believe Burr White rents this out in this condition. Best part is the patio.

It seemed to be the cleanest...almost no ants, too. The frig doesn't shut quite right (might want to pass on to the owner), so it was easy to leave open. We were very happy with this rental.
