Lovely Inn to stay at for a cozy weekend. Right in the middle of downtown so easy access to shops and restaurants. Nice breakfast spread and evening snack. The room and bathroom was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. Easy check-in and check-out.

Perfect location, parking and room was great. Breakfast was good as well, tea time is a very nice plus. Only negative I have is when checking in, the young lady was not nice and very dismissive. However the second woman at the desk was very friendly and attentive.

This is a perfect place to stay at Christmas time. Especially if there is a pure white snow falling in the downtown Newport area. The breakfast is lovely, especially with so much fresh fruit. The staff is very very polite.
