Great central location

The location was fantastic—very central and within easy walking distance to many spots, which made our stay incredibly convenient. As some other guests mentioned, the property is on a busy corner, so it can be a bit noisy, but it wasn’t a problem for us.The layout with three separate suites worked out perfectly and made things very smooth for our group. The space is spacious, clean, and well-equipped for cooking and relaxing.Street parking was easy to find. However, the garage was a bit of a letdown—it’s a two-car garage with separate doors, but the doors are so narrow that even small vehicles would struggle to get in. As it stands, the garage isn’t really usable for parking. It would be ideal if the garage doors could be taken down and just have one wider door put in its place. But we knew this when booking, so was not an issue. Overall the stay was wonderful!

Great house. Great location. Lousy property management.

The house itself was very nice. Great location. Spacious rooms. Well equipped kitchen and nice comfortable beds. The problem was the cleaning crew appeared to quit before finishing. Garbage cans were everywhere. clean towels were in a pile on the bed. The washer and dryer were full of sheets. The kitchen was clean but the bathrooms weren't all clean. The property management gave nice lip service to resolving the issues but never did anything more than file a ticket to get cleaners to come finish the job. Never got another update or anything. We will not be staying at a Vacasa managed property any more.

Fantastic house!!

The house is amazing. Anyone who has a hard time with stairs, won't like this house. The garage is very small. I have a Ford flex and it could not fit in the garage. There is no actual parking spots on the property. The parking is on the road, next to the house. Very comfortable beds and linens. Everything you can think of in the kitchen. There is only air conditioning in the living room. Wifi works fast. We absolutely loved this house. Will be a return customer.

Great house!

My family and I really enjoyed this house. It was very clean and had everything you would need including a wagon in the garage to carry firewood down to the beach, along with some beach chairs and toys. It was a short walk to the beach access and to local shopping and places to eat. I would definitely stay at this house again!

Beautiful home, great location!

The home was beautiful with fully stocked kitchen supplies. It felt like home. A short walk to the beach and a short walk to some shops and restaurants. We had a large vehicle so parked on the street with no issues. The garage had beach chairs, a wagon, cooler, umbrella
everything you would need for a beach day. If I come back to the area, I will book this every time. Thank you!

Girls Getaway

The house is great. We loved the location. Within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The thermostat was set and not adjustable. Since the weather was cool, the downstairs bedroom was quite cold and there was no way to increase the temp. Otherwise the house is perfect.

Wonderful stay!

The house was beautiful, comfortable and was well equipped with everything we needed. It’s location was nice, close to beach access, park and shops. Checking in was so easy, we would definitely rent this home again. My only complaint was the check out time being at 10am made for a very hectic and rushed morning trying to get myself and three kids fed breakfast, cleaned up and ready to go. It would have been nice to have an extra hour or two so we could have had a nice relaxing last morning.

House was lovely, but could have been better

Loved this home, but there were some factors that negatively impacted our stay. This included overall cleanliness (lots of old popcorn on the carpet, some towels not clean, coffee spilled on couch and not cleaned, gross handprints on windows, etc
). The parking situation was also misleading as it says there is 1 space on the street available, but it was not reserved for the house and was occupied by the public 1/2 of the time we were there. There was also crime happening quite close to the home, transient activity on our front door step and in the immediate areas. With 2 small children, we didn’t always feel safe.

The perfect "home base" for our coastal vacation!

This house is in a great location (close to the beach, cute shops/restaurants and highway 101)! We enjoyed your well-stocked kitchen, games/puzzles, and beach items in the garage (we made a fire on the beach to make s'mores a couple nights). I do, however, think you should include the exact dimensions of the garage doors because your listing states that "large trucks will not fit" when, in actuality, even small SUVs won't either. Perhaps you could replace the two individual doors with one standard sized door so that one "large-ish" vehicle could utilize the garage? It was SO NICE to have a bathroom connected to each bedroom and everyone raved about how comfortable the beds were! My only other suggestion would be to create a binder or something that includes helpful information/instructions on how to work the TVs (I guess there was a code required periodically??), wifi password, checkout expectations, nearby restaurants/grocery store/etc) in one physical location so that all guests have easy access to it instead of just the person who booked the rental. We truly had a wonderful vacation and would definitely stay here again! 😊

Amazing Stay!

Newport, specifically Nye Beach, is an amazing location and this house was located in the perfect spot. It was across the street from a park for the kids and walking distance to many amazing restaurants and tasting rooms. The beach was close by and it's a short drive from the Aquarium, Rogue tasting room and pub, Hatfield Visitor's Center, Devil's Punchbowl, and great sea life at low tide. The house itself is a great space and although we only had 4 people, we could have easily had 8 and would not have felt cramped. Kitchen was well stocked and the living areas were comfortable. The only minor downsides were the traffic & communication from the rental agency - very loud cars for some reason, on a fairly quiet street, and they don't stop until around midnight. I reached out to the rental agency managing the listing 2 days before arrival to see if there was a possibility of a 1-2 hour early check in since we arrived on a Tuesday and it was likely there wasn't a check out that morning. Unfortunately I received no response. That said, both of those things were minor and I would absolutely stay here again!

Great property and location

Beautiful home and such a great location. Walking distance to a few restaurants and the beach. The multi level made it perfect for our group of 8 to not feel cramped. Just an FYI: if you don't have a compact car, you won't be able to park in the garage as it is very narrow. We were able to park on the street so it was fine but just giving future guests a heads up.
