We had an amazing stay at mill street inn. The staff was so kind and helpful, and the location was right next to all the shops and restaurants. The room was nice and spacious and we received a wonderful complimentary breakfast at our door in the morning. Will definitely be coming back!

The property was impressive before walking in Modern decor & staff was friendly. Room was beautiful (2 floors) with bedroom and bathroom on top floor leading out to a private deck. Walkable to all restaurants & shops near wharf. A short drive to mansions Would surely stay again

From the moment we arrived for our anniversary getaway, the staff at The Mill Inn went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. A bottle of wine with a handwritten message to welcome us, a gift bag filled with local snacks and personable staff to highlight the best places to eat. Our complimentary morning breakfasts were delivered to our door at a time we selected. Breakfasts were delicious! The complimentary sangria in the lobby was a nice touch. The rooftop deck was furnished beautifully and provided great views. The townhouse suite was so cozy, as were the comfy robes provided. Our first visit to Newport was magical.
Location is wonderful and we appreciated the complimentary parking.

The website did a very poor job of showing the actual layout of the room. The room is a two story suite very inconvenient very poorly designed.and hazardous to negotiate Other than a central location and friendly staff it’s an unremarkable property vastly overpriced, poor value and poor accommodations

Nice large suite. Welcome bag of snacks at check-in. Water and ice brought to your room. Daily breakfast of pastry, yogurt, fresh fruit, OJ, coffee, and tea delivered to your room. Roof top deck accessible during warm, clear days. Comfortable bed and nice shower with rain shower and hand held shower. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash pump bottles in the shower. Just a couple of blocks away from restaurants and shops. We enjoyed staying here. Ask for a ground floor room. Otherwise you will be lugging your luggage up stairs.
