Location, location, location….but that’s it!!!!

Great location and a phenomenal indoor pool-but that was it. Terrible restaurant, rooms super old, Wi-Fi didn’t work reliably, TV channels kept falling out,tv looked like it was from 2000s, sketchy tiny elevators…….if you want a VERY convenient place to stay right in the middle of Newport-this is the SPOT, but if any modern decor/restaurant/ammenities-this is not your spot

The property was in a great location and staff were friendly and polite howere there were many extra fees. $35 a day parking fee and then A $35 a day "resort" fee. When i inquired what was included in resort fee i was told teo xans of water and a free coffee at their dining room. My water was not even replaced for my socind day. These fees are on top of regularly charged hotel fees and taxes. Room wax small and two doors down from lobby and elevator.

This hotel is extremely outdated and sloppy. Very disappointed as I thought this would be a nice upscale hotel. After checking in, I was truly shocked at the amount that was paid vs the quality. I was grossed out having to touch things in the room such as the lamp pictured below 😖

The room was clean and the view was great. Room needs some upgrades, no usb connections, Lamps out of date, e;evators to slow with only four floors, Resturant closes way to early, Pool entrance was always obstructed with carts and dirty laundry.

Horrible bed, properly very run down and dirty. Very noisy. They rip-off Uber and Lyft drivers charging them $10 to pull in and pick up a rider which costs the consumer money not the driver. Rude personnel. Steer clear!!!

Location cannot be beat! Walkable to everything downtown (and an easy walk for the kids too). We paid for the harbor view and it was spectacular! Huge indoor pool for the kids with lots of seating around for the adults to supervise. Room was clean. Beds are very comfortable. Staff kind and responsive. We will stay there again without a doubt!
