The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. The view of the sea was fab. The building was well kept. The staff were really polite and helpful. There was a good selection at breakfast. However, there teally needs to be more than one coffee machine. There was always a queue.The cafe had good food and lovely desserts and drinks. The location was great. Very near the beach and lits of restaurants.

We loved the hotel and staff so much we extended our stay from 10 days to almost a month. Please see my review I left for the extended stay. What I ran out of space on that review I will mention here. The supervisor in the breakfast buffet areas, Miss Vo Nhat Linh, went above and beyond for us. We stayed in the Premier Double Room, Sea View for the 1st part of our stay. The pictures Expedia shows are accurate. We stayed in the Luxury Double Room, Sea View for the 2nd part. The pictures are accurate plus we had 2 full bathrooms which was a pleasant surprise. The front desk manager was amazing. I had a tad of difficulties with internet connection for my remote work; she had a call in to her IT and got me sorted out immediately.

We have travelled from north to south Vietnam and all stays were excellent; Sea Soul we rate higher than excellent. It was truly top notch in all regards. The front desk reception manager went above and beyond our expectations. We needed to rebook a flight and she contacted the airline for us and had everything sorted out immediately. We left reading glasses behind in the car service-when we asked if they found them she immediately sprang into action. They contacted the driver, got the glasses, packaged them up beautifully and shipped them to us in Saigon-one day later and we had them. The manager at the breakfast buffet was always helpful - she would bring us our coffees herself, inquired if we wished for anything not served at the buffet and ensured we had it going forward. My husband once asked for a particular pastry from the buffet attendant-from that day forward she would seek him out and bring him the pastries directly to our table. Truly remarkable service from everyone in the breakfast buffet restaurant. Also recommend to use their spa. The ladies are true massage therapists, very professional, very good. The whole area is super clean, relaxing, well done. We used the gym which was well equipped, super clean and pleasant to have on site. The pool is huge, water is sparkling, all very clean, the attendant always working, keeping things in order and clean. Everyone, absolutely everyone was always pleasant and sincere.
This was the bathroom in the Suite category. Bathtub is a jet jacuzzi. This suite had 2 full bathrooms.

지어진지 얼마 되지 않아 전반적으로 깨끗하고 쾌적합니다. 수건이 평소 쓰던것 보다 작은데, 수영장이나 비치에 갈 때 빌려나가기엔 딱이었습니다~ 직원분들은 다들 매우 친절했고, 인상도 밝았습니다. 무엇보다 캐디백을 카운터에사 맡아주어서 객실까지 오르내일 필요가 없었습니다. 길건너면 보이는 작은 마트가 밤늦게까지 하고 저렴했고, 맛집도 주변에 많고, 스파럭스라는 마사지샵이 근처에 있는 것이 너무 좋았습니다. 일정때문에 수영장과 헬스장을 이용해 보지 못했는데, 수영장은 잉행이 아이와 놀기에 좋았다고 합니다. 다음에도 나트랑을 간다면 꼭 시소울 호텔에 묵을겁니다

직원분들이 너무 친절했고, 호텔카드키가 있어야만 엘리베이터 이용이 가능함. 영어 사용이 되어서 유창하게 말해주심. 방 컨디션 너무 좋고 호텔 뒤에 병원이 있음. 만약 다친다면 병원 바로 뛰쳐가기 좋음(그렇게 시끄럽지도 않아서 잘잤음) 체크인 할 때 가져온 캐리어등은 직원분들이 가져다 주셔서 가볍게 올라갈 수 있음. 전체적으로 너무 깔끔하고 금고도 있어서 만약 중요한거 넣을 일 있으면 좋을 것 같았음. 그리고 웰컴 과일 세트가 있었는데 저녁에 현지에서 산 과일이랑 같이 먹으면 좋을 것 같음. 건물 내에 수영장이 있는데 깊이는 1.3m 정도 된다고 적혀있음. 프라이빗하고 시원해서 좋았음. 도보 3-5분 정도 걸리는 곳에 해변이 있는데 여기서 놀아도 좋을 것 같으나 물이 따뜻했음(당시 7월 초) 조식은 뷔페형식으로 되어 있는데 개인적으로 조식 너무 추천함👍 진짜 맛있었음. 근데 10시에 가면 마감해야해서 얼마 없으니까 못해도 9시에는 가야됨. 입맛에 너무 잘 맞아서 진짜 조식은 안빠지고 맨날 감. 조식 먹을 때 룸번호 물어보니까 외워서 가시깅. 체크아웃 할 때도 이후 관광 계속 진행하면 짐을 호텔에서 맡아줄 수 있다고 선뜻 말해주셔서 여기다 두고 놀다왔는데 너뮤 좋았음 ㅠ 택시에 캐리어 싣는거 까지 도와주는 친절보스인 사람들 진짜,, 좋은 추억만 가져가게 해주셔서 너무너무 좋았음. 또 호텔 근처에 엄청 큰 해산물 식당 하나 있는데 사람 맨날 되게 많았음. 맛집인가봄. 또 호텔 내에도 스파가 있고 근처에 1분거리에도 스파가 있음. 주변에 조금만 걸으면 다 있어서 좋았음👍 후기 없어서 걱정했었는데 진짜 할 필요도 없이 최고로 잘 즐기고왔음 다음에 나트랑 가게되면 또 이 호텔 방문 할 의사 100프로임👍 아 참고로 7월 기준 베트남 해가 빨리 뜨니까 잘 때 암막커튼 꼭 치고 주무십쇼
