Young male check-in staff member was pleasant enough but female (management?) failed to acknowledge me (i.e. apologize) that side door was locked on cold, stormy day. Ring doorbell not hooked up. Had to ask for room on second floor. Note: never assign a ground level room with sliding glass patio door to a female solo traveller unless requested. TV channels limited and reception poor. Netflix and You Tube only accessible with personal account. Scalding hot water and thunderous toilet. Noisy heating system. No comment on breakfast as I left without attending.

Having booked this location primarily because of the indoor pool, it was very disappointing that the pool’s heater was not functioning nor were the jets for the hot tub. Secondly, while perfectly functional, I have never seen such a small bathroom .There was only 4 inches clearance between the toilet bowl and the door , the counter was only 30 inches high! Yes I measured it! The floor tiles were not level and the entrance had tile angled down from the BR floor to the room floor with thresholds to transition on each side. Quite the trip hazard!

At check-in the clerk was very helpful in putting a couple of 80+ year-olds in a room on the ground floor near an access door. The room was clean and tidy and met our needs. The breakfast got our travel day off to a good start. Thank you.

Overall was a nice stay. Pool heater was not working, but could go across the street to Hampton Inn if this was an issue. Was a slight inconvenience, but my young kids didn't seem to mind the cooler temperature. Staff was friendly, decent size room, could use some updating, but was fine for our stay. Gym was nice.

The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was delicious and the staff ensured you had all you needed even though it was a buffet. Reception was wonderful, recognizing me as a Platinum member and providing a treat bag even though I had registered very late. Great stay!
