The pool was absolutely disgusting hair floating everywhere and it wasn’t just one strand it was chunks of hair everywhere floating, the hot tub was disgusting, the front desk told us that it’s because it was busy but even the next day in the morning right when they opened it was the same as the night prior.

Hôtel bien situé, à moins de 10min à pieds des chutes. Nombreuses options de shopping, de restauration et de loisirs (casino, attractions) à distance de marche. Hôtel propre et bien entretenu. Accueil rapide et professionel, personnel agréable et serviable. Chambre spacieuse, propre et bien équipée (frigo, machine à café). Literie confortable. Wifi présent mais peu fonctionnel (met énormément de temps pour charger une page internet). Piscine avec jacuzzi propres. Parking payant (22,60$ taxes comprises par nuit). Petit déjeuner inclus, il pourrait être amélioré (peu de choix). Ma chambre (probablement dans les prix les moins chers) était dans un bâtiment annexe au bâtiment principal (non relié entre eux), il me fallait donc sortir pour accéder au petit déjeuner et au lobby (ça n’a pas été gênant pour moi mais cette situarion pourrait déconvenir à certaines personnes). L’isolation sonore entre les chambres laisse à désirer… Au final, bon établissement avec u bon rapport qualité-prix.

The pictures are deceiving in how it reflects the quality of the hotel. Dated rooms although the beds were fine. The pool was dirty - hair floating everywhere and looked murky. We were grossed out to go in it. The hot tub was even worse - yellow looking water and flakes of something floating around. The hallways and elevator had an awful smell. Disappointing when your expectations are higher when looking at the pictures. It need a good Reno and clean up!

The only minimal downside to this property is that the pool should be maintained. The sides are a bit dirty and peeling paint.
