I booked a new year eve's stay at the hotel with a 2-queen beds room for my family. I was glad to be given a free upgrade to a bigger room King bed, sofa bed and extra roll-away bed. The hotel was clean, well maintained and well located. The air conditioning was set to perfect temperature for Canadian winter. The room was ready when I arrived. Hotel is pretty close to Niagara falls via the stairs going down to Queen Victoria Park from the Skylon Tower parking. Clifton Hill is a few minutes walk and lots of restaurants are nearby.
