I booked this hotel but when I went there no room was available and they send me to other hotel, and it was expensive rooms and car parking as well. Really bad experience.

I was up graded to the hilton so that was for where i stayed but the days in called ahead and told me i was being moved to a different hotel. So they were great in there follow up and communication.

We were given an upgrade to stay at the Hilton instead. We were very excited to receive this upgrade only to stay in a room with no air conditioning. We complained and got put in another room with the same results.
